How To Wear Black High Shoulder Jackets

Black structured high shoulder jackets are a great way to add some edge and fashion and can be worn in an array of styles.  Famous celebrities have been sporting this popular trend all season long and with many different items of clothing.  Three female starlets in particular who love this trend include Sandra Bullock, Nicole Richie, and Kourtney Kardashian.

Sandra Bullock opted for a silk version of the black structured shoulder jacket.  Sandra’s black structured shoulder jacket included a low plunge with a belt around her waist.  She wore the jacket with matching silk flare straight legged pants, black pumps, and a black clutch and went for a sleek, long straight hair style.  This outfit is sleek and sophisticated, yet sexy and edgy.  The all black ensemble flatters her slim figure as the belt accentuates her small waist and the straight legged flare pants with large pumps gives the illusion of long, lean legs.

Nicole Richie dressed up her black structured shoulder jacket as she sported the leather jacket with a classic white t-shirt and a black flowing skirt with ruffle detailing at the hemline.  The outfit also included black pointed toe ankle boots, a studded clutch and silver necklace.  This is the perfect example of how to add some edge to a skirt or dress, taking your outfit to a whole new level of fashion.

Kourtney Kardashian went for a casual look as she sported her velvet black structured shoulder jacket while shopping in Beverly Hills.  The mother and reality star looked comfortable and casual, yet very trendy.  Kourtney wore her black structured shoulder jacket with a black floppy hat, oversized black sunglasses, a long crème colored blouse, black leggings, and over the knee black leather boots.  She also carried with her a large black tote, practical for any shopping day.  For more trendy looks, check out our friends at Instyle.com/instyle.
