Madonna is a worldwide pop star singer who is known for her bold and risk taking attributions both on stage and off. The famous icon has launched her new fragrance called Truth or Dare along with plans of adding on a shoe line to her Truth or Dare label. The shoe line will include booties, knee high boots, and heels that incorporate and portray a dance inspired look including studs and an edgy look with a touch of classic femininity.
Madonna’s creative consultant, Arianne Phillips, talked about the direction of the shoe designs to Footwear News, “The first thing I did was remind her of all the shoes she wore over the years, and we took the styles that we can’t live without. You can always depend on her to bring her style and provocateur quality, but she also has a very feminine perspective.”
Stores like Nordstrom, Macy’s, The Bay in Canada, and Selfridges in the United Kingdom are in support of the singer’s shoe line and the collection will run anywhere from eighty six
dollars to three hundred and forty nine dollars and will include about sixty different looks and styles. Later on this year, Madonna is looking forward to expanding her Truth or Dare label by adding in a clothing line.
On Madonna’s new fragrance, it is inspired by her mother and is perfect for this spring season with it’s flowery notes incorporated into the perfume. Gardenia, tuberose, neroli, jasmine, benzoin, white lily, vanilla, caramelized amber and musk give off a sensual and light scent that fits into the warm weather days and 
nights and can be worn anytime and anywhere.
“I have always been obsessed by fragrance and for years wanted to create something personal that was an expression of me, but that other people could relate to as well. Something classical and timeless and yet modern. My oldest memory of my mother is her perfume. I carry it with me everywhere. She always smelled like gardenias and tuberose, an intoxicating mixture [that was] feminine and mysterious. I wanted to re-create this scent, but with something fresh and new about it as well. Something honest and yet daring — hence the name Truth or Dare,” Said Madonna.
