Million Dollar Listing New York is Back for Another Exciting Season

PicMonkey Collage-21Last night, viewers from all across the country tuned into the premiere of Bravo’s hit TV show, Million Dollar Listing New York to see what luxury properties the concrete jungle has to offer. For this sixth season, real estate pros, Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant are joined by Steve Gold, who specializes in luxury properties throughout downtown Manhattan.

The premiere episode, “Good as Gold” followed Eklund as he helped Nicole sell her 415 Greenwich Street pad for a non-negotiable price of $11.995 million. After a failed offer, Eklund gets Nicole settle on an offer for $11.6 million.

As the episode followed Serhant, he met with Brett, a real estate lawyer and developer who wanted to expand his portfolio in Brooklyn. The two worked together to list a Brooklyn home for $3 million. Serhant is very accomplished throughout the real estate industry. He is part of The Servant Team, the largest and most successful team of brokers in New York. He is also an associate broker for Nest Seekers International.

The newest member of the show, Gold, helped a family sell their 4,135 square-foot apartment on East 23rd street. They hoped to get $14 million, but settled for a $12.5 million offer.
