Stylish Spa Fitness Comfort

The words comfortable and stylish aren’t often spoken in the same sentence, but just because you’re going to the spa and fitness club doesn’t mean you can’t look stylish and be comfortable all at the same time. So what keeps you cute, but in your “comfort” zone?

Two of my favorite brands to pair together are Hard Tail bottoms and Splendid tops. Yoga-style leggings not only show off your toned legs and booty, but they also keep you from looking scruffy. Pair them with a loose fitting tee and some OKA b. flip-flops. The best part is that you can slap on some oversized sunglasses and a slouchy bag and girls in heels all over the city will be envious of how cute you look despite your dress-down outfit. It’s the next best thing to being in your pajamas in public–a total win for the casual gal!

If you want a pant that’s less form fitting, choose something sensei inspired that’s still in the yoga family. Instead of choosing a baggy tee, pair it with a tight fitting tank. Accessorizing should stay to a minimum, you’ll just be taking everything off for your

treatments anyways. But if you think jewelry is a must, keep it simple. Most yoga-inspired outfits look great with earthy jewelry; wood, woven string or fabric, or anything organic; or add some glam by wearing a simple gold chain or silver bracelet/bangle.

Don’t forget to pack a small neutral summery tote just incase you need to bring some necessities with you to your appointments like your favorite face cream or a nude Aveda lip gloss. Their lip glosses are oh-so-yummy and prolong the exhilaration of your spa experience.
