After joining forces with New Balance back in Fall 2010, Heidi Klum has expanded her line and added footwear to her brand of versatile activewear. In June 2011, the supermodel collaborated with New Balance to create a lifestyle footwear collection perfect for modern women on-the-go.
“We all need a good pair of sneakers whether its for running to the gym or running to the store,” said Klum. “I have extended my line with New Balance and designed a few stylish pairs of sneakers. Very exciting!”
Klum kicked off her Amazon exclusive line by debuting two popular heritage silhouettes, the 410 and the 320, each in three stylish colors. Both models feature a lightweight sleek profile with a sophisticated, modern take on classic color blocking.
With a retail price of $90 (410) and $80 (320), Klum brings high style to the gym. The shoes are available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany & Japan, with additional footwear offerings planned for Fall 2011.
Heidi Klum for New Balance reflects the fashionista’s modern, sophisticated style and consists of easy, go-to pieces that add a dash of unexpected chic to even the most routine errand.
The fashion mogul visualized the ad campaign for Heidi Klum for New Balance, shot by famed photographer Rankin. “I am all about action and so is my line for New Balance; so for our first campaign, I envisioned myself on the trampoline – a fun symbol of energy and activity,” says Klum.
This athletic and lifestyle partnership reflects New Balance’s commitment to delivering innovative and fashion-forward apparel that meets the needs and desires of women in motion.
