The DKNY Fall season video campaign is filled pure, iconic New York style and iconic landmarks which we love like the Flatiron Building. Models Anne Vyalitsnya, Aline Weber and Izabel Goulart star in the fashion brand’s video as they use the New York City streets for their Catwalk. The clip was shot by Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin in infamous New York City locations such as 5th Avenue, Park Avenue and Water Street.
DKNY’s video ad displayed fall and winter looks that almost make you wish the cold would come faster. The three striking models wore sophisticated tweed jackets, fashionable fawn colored capes and luxurious fur coats. It doesn’t end there, however. The shoes modeled throughout the video were too good to be true. Spectacular booties, perfect for fall, were seen throughout the DKNY video campaign as well.
Jon Kortanjarena and Patrick Kafk were the primary models for DKNY’s Fall 2011 menswear collection. These hunky gentlemen showed off tailored suits and polished yet masculine outerwear in a black-and-white section of the video.
The talented videographers managed to capture the essence of the DKNY brand, as well as how it was inspired by New York City. Rather than turn the city into the backdrop, Van Lamsweerde and Matadin brought the city to life. The pair managed to make it another character, one with its own distinct personality.
