Healthy Lifestyle Celebrity Dieting Secrets

As Kourtney Kardashian once said, “It’s all about the body and being healthy.”  There are many ways to maintain a healthy diet, and each celeb seems to do it a little bit differently.

Lea Michele, actress and star of the hit TV show, Glee, maintains her fit figure by being a Vegan.  She states, “I never thought I could be a vegan.  I’m an Italian girl, who grew up on baked ziti.”  However, Lea succeeded by changing to a plant based diet after reading the number one best selling book, Skinny Bitch, which teaches readers about the vegan lifestyle.

Rebecca Romijn keeps her sexy slim body by cutting back on the cocktails, which widens your waistline.  Rather than having a glass or two of wine a night, she saves her alcoholic beverages for the weekend.

Halle Berry, on the other hand, is proof that carbs are not out of style like many think.  It is very possible to eat carbohydrates and still maintain a slim figure by eating complex carbs such as brown rice and whole wheat pasta.

Blake Lively keeps her modelesque figure by sticking to a juice diet, in which she blends various vegetables into a healthy vegetable beverage. The juice diet has gone in and out of style a few times, but Blake finds that it gets her bikini ready.

Katy Perry stays fit by making sure to take off one day a week from her diet.  By doing this, she doesn’t resent her diet as much and actually sticks to it, rather than giving up.

Reese Witherspoon (like me!) enjoys working out with a buddy.  Having someone to work out with not only keeps you on track, but also helps your friends stay on track as well.  It’s also a great way to catch up with friends.  Rather than grabbing lunch for a catch up session, trying hitting up the gym.
