Hanii Yoon Relaxed Collection of Sequins, Ruffles and Florals
The essence of spring wardrobe; ruffles, florals and sequins all combined into an easy-to-wear collection by Hanii Yoon.
Light floral dresses, fitted trenches, sequined t-shirts, and light sweaters and jackets layered with shorts and skirts make up the beautifully laid-back collection.
Hanii Yoon of the husband-wife team of Y &Kei is the designer for Hanii Yoo. According to Refinery29, 'Hanii studied fashion in San Francisco where she embraced the bohemian spirit of the city - and became fascinated by vintage fashion.'
Both her love for vintage and experience with the bohemian spirit are apparent in her spring collection. The shapes of several of the dresses and highly-pinned hairstyles were very reminiscent of a housewife in the 1950s. Earth toned skirts and flowery breezy dresses embodied a bohemian chic goddess.
The entire collection was a beautiful mix of stripes, polka dots flowers and various other funky prints. The models also wore bright blue gladiators, platform sandals and a variety of earth toned leather and strappy sandals.
My favorite ensemble was a black mini dress with white stripes and baby blue colored flowers paired with black platform sandals. Perfect for a day gallivanting through the streets during springtime.
